DOT Quality Services’ Certified Quality Auditors (ASQ-CQAs) will visit your site to perform a thorough, detailed assessment in advance of your initial or annual certification audit, ensuring you are prepared for their visit.
While this service is most popular with participants of the AISC certification program, DOTQS auditors are also highly familiar with ISO, ASME, PCI (pre-cast concrete), and many other industry certification programs. No matter the certification, our pre-assessment service will leave you feeling prepared and ready to conquer your certification audit.
Experience a Third-Party Audit
Our auditors will ask the same types of questions and review similar records that Program auditors would, allowing you to get a feel for your official certification audit before it happens. Your employees can practice their answers to auditor questions, get feedback on their responses, and ask questions to be sure they feel fully prepared for the official certification audit.
A yearly internal audit is required by most certification programs and the pre-assessment audit report generated by DOTQS can be used as that record.
Get Ahead Of The Game
Corrective actions are identified and a formal report are generated at the end of a pre-assessment, giving you time to correct nonconformances before your certification audit. Many of our clients use this report as internal audit documentation for the year. Allowing time for questions and diving deeper into root causes of nonconformances, an audit experience with DOTQS leaves you better prepared, ensuring that your certification audit will be less intimidating.
